The Southampton reflexology and aromatherapy business is owned and run by Louise Wood, an enthusiastic reflexologist, massage therapist and aromatherapist. Louise established the massage, reflexology and aromatherapy practice in 2004 after spending 15 years in the financial services industry. She now aims to bring a sense of well-being into the lives of her clients.

The home based practice is within easy reach of Southampton (Junction 7, M27) (For Detailed Map Click Here), Hedge End, Botley, Fair Oak, Twyford, Locks Heath, Titchfield, Whiteley, Hamble, Eastleigh, Bursleden, Romsey and Winchester. Treatments can be received in Louise's spacious and calming home based practice.

Louise is experienced at treating a wide range of conditions which affect us in today's modern society with her range of holistic therapies; reflexology, aromatherapy, indian head massage, aromatherapeutic facial massage and Swedish massage.

Some examples of conditions she has worked with are: stress, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem, pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS), arthritis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), high and low blood pressure, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (M.E), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), fertility issues, during pregnancy and post-natally, muscular aches and pains and support through chemotherapy, alongside many others.

On a client's initial visit, time will be taken to complete a general health questionnaire taking into consideration diet, exercise and general health. This ensures that each individual is treated as a whole, and the appropriate treatment and advice given. Aftercare advice including nutrition and exercise may be given.
