Aromatherapy for Well-being

Aromatherapy is a holistic therapy which can help you to achieve balance of mind, body and spirit, giving a real sense of well-being and vitality. The art of aromatherapy uses pure essential oils which are extracted from various parts of plants and trees and used in a variety of ways. These wonderful natural aromatic substances are endowed with a wide range of therapeutic properties, and in the professional practice of aromatherapy, essential oils are applied in a variety of ways including massage, ointments, lotions, baths and inhalations geared towards your individual needs. These therapeutic properties help improve the body’s functioning and so help to prevent disease. Enhancing the health of both the mind and body, they have been shown to possess stimulant, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory and relaxant properties, among others.

Combining the benefits of essential oils with those of massage, produces a pleasurable yet effective method of healing. Together, they enhance the circulation of blood and lymph, relax and tone tense, tired muscles and promote a sense of overall well-being.

Professional aromatherapy is a safe and appropriate complementary therapy for men, women, children and the elderly. Whilst it is not a replacement for orthodox medicine and health care, it does not interfere with medical treatment and indeed will support you in the healing process and in seeking well-being.

Aromatherapeutic Facials

A great way to combine the therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy and massage into a pampering treatment. Enjoy deep relaxation and a little pampering for the skin!

Essential Skin Facial

A regular treatment essential for radiant, healthy skin, this cleansing and relaxing facial is performed using natural skin and body care products by Pure Nuff Stuff and is personalised for your particular skin type and needs. The treatment starts with a back, neck and shoulder massage followed by the facial treatment. The facial treatment includes deep cleansing and exfoliation, hydrating steam aromatic facial, decolletage massage, revitalising mask and skin re-conditioning.

Soothing Facial

This relaxing facial treatment nurtures your face and reduces stress and tension built up in your neck and shoulders. A condensed version of the Essential Skin Facial, it is laden with soothing aromatic massage and extra care for devitalised skin.

Allow 40 minutes £25.00

Head & Toe Facial

This treatment is based on the soothing facial and also includes a scalp and foot massage for full relaxation.

Allow 60 minutes £30.00
